Applying to join Gowaya does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or representative status with Gowaya. Approved drivers, riders, couriers, and logistics companies operate as independent service providers. Gowaya provides technology, dispatch coordination, verification workflows, chain-of-custody tools, and operational standards for assignments made available through the platform.
Independent partners remain responsible for their own lawful conduct, licensing, vehicle condition, insurance where required, tax obligations, road compliance, worker arrangements, equipment, safety practices, and fulfilment of accepted assignments. Gowaya may approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove access where verification, safety, trust, compliance, or operational standards are not met.
